This is the first part of a comment i made on ur blog. (sorry too long for a simple post. also, i don't know if u still check this blog emails that's why i'm sending u a personal message. )

I'm really interested in groups dynamic on facebook. I really think that this media is gone be a new interface between the users and internet. yes exactly. Between user and internet. Nothing like google or microsoft, something new. I hope your blog will help me understand what's happening.

Inside Facebook: groups's life or/and groups's stories

I like to test and discover the facebook's option and utilities.

I test several things: the wals's dynamic, , the groups's dynamic, , the utility of the topics, the effectiveness of Walls as friend's attract utilities,

In addition I noticed that certain groups attracted very quickly many people: Is it just because their title? the student network for those who are part of the student network ?

Lastly, if they are a lot of groups very few are really alive. I.e. Real places of discussion. In most of the groups the discussion is summarized with an equivalent of “hello”. There is no follow-up and people do not return there. In the long term, i.e. last the moment of the discovery, which of them will survive ?

i think that groups should be regarded as kinds of privately owned theatres or discussion place, or café, or xorkplaces, etc. No matter who can found one of them. To make it last is another business. You can also create a group in preparation for an event…

When you create the group is it necessary to put images or no ? should u add tpics? what's the tpic usefulness for someone who just get in a group for the first time ? what does it add to a group dynamic?

why does a group last while at the same time there's no discussion on its Wall?

or why does it develop? Which are the best places to make posts if you want information to be propagated quickly?
